The Executive Assistant AI Agent (EA) is a multi-agent which directs a staff of other AI agents to manage your Gmail by sending, replying to, creating drafts, labeling, pull emails, and label emails. It can manage your Google Calendar by giving you a list of your meetings, updating events, creating, delete, and inviting people to meetings. Both of those can do contact lookups from your Google Contacts so you don't have to remember specific contact details of your connections. The EA can create blog post content that is specialized and engaging and post it your CMS, and it can do web searches for the user.
The Executive Assistant AI Agent is a multi-agent which directs a staff of other AI agents to manage your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and writes blog posts for your industry and ideal customer profile. The EA starts with the user providing details on what they need done, such as drafting an email, creating a meeting, checking their schedule, doing research, and getting content written, by asking the agent to do something in Slack. The agent will ask clarifying questions to make sure that it understands what the user is trying to accomplish. Once it has the details, it will use the Tools, such as Tavily and Calculator, or direct the Staff Agents to manage the tasks for the user.
Upon completion of the tasks, the agent will respond back when it has finished. If the user asks follow-up questions, such as for the blog post content to be provided, the agent will provide the full content directly in the Slack chat.
Most of this is done with the user instructing the agent to handle tasks, but there are some things, such as writing blog posts, taht could be automated on a scheduled basis.
Let's discuss how custom AI agents can transform your business operations and free up your time.
